I’ve read where a lot of HOAs are now requiring a notarized lease agreement from each homeowner. The intent is not to create a burden on the homeowners, rather if a squatter moves in and doesn’t have a notarized agreement, they can be immediately removed.

I see this as another Trump effect. If Kamala were President, he’d double down on squatters’ rights.
