Now they can refill the reservoir they left empty to make sure fire doesn't ravage their newly installed slum - unlike those comfy bourgeoisie homeowners they needed to clear out on the cheap. The best part is they had those suckers voting for them right up to the point that they burned it all down! Its like convincing a bunch of cows to vote for having steak for dinner.

Getting tired of hearing about this. California (including the rich liberals this will impact) keeps voting for these people. Let California go down the drain and be an object lesson for everyone else.
