I would prefer the two Bob’s method of firings. They just stop paying them. No notice. No discussions. No worries. No employer gets rid of you, leaving an extended period to claim a workplace injury, sexual harassment, or sabotage operations. Most disable your badge access before you are even informed.

These are the rat hacks who pretended to be judges in initial rubberstamp hearings. Every single wetback was seeking “political asylum” with everyone knowing it was all a sham—there was nothing political about breaking our law, they didn’t need asylum, they just preferred making $7 an hour over $7 a day in Mexico—and all the govt. freebies, of course.
As soon as they walked out the door they were in the wind never to be seen again. These ‘judges’ are crooks, like their district court judges.

Or, you could go the other way. Those of us who have seen the British TV spy series "The Avengers" remember that Steed had creative ways of letting Mrs. Peel that she was needed. Of course, these messages would say the opposite. A calling card could be included in a gift box of chocolates or flowers stating "Your services are no longer needed as of July 22" or printed on a champagne bottle with a cheery "Bon Voyage!" also attached.
