The Senate had to get all the cabinet nominees through.

And this judge was only nominated in May.

She will replace Obama pick, Judge Jane Branstetter Stranch.

On December 17, 2021, Stranch wrote the majority opinion in a 2–1 decision upholding a Biden admin requirement that all federal employees and contractors be vaccinated from COVID-19, and corporations with over 100 employees be either vaccinated or tested weekly.

Good,
Trump should really zoom into nominating judges.
There are many, many vacancies!

PLEASE stop nominating women for judges, Mr. President. They are not qualified.

She?

From what we've seen, female justices tend to be statist. Even if they're Republican.
