I hadn’t noticed until I saw this new clip, that the rail across the left side of the screen was actually overlooking a room downstairs. In the other short video, the railing appeared to me as the separation of the hall and the officer’s station beyond. I don’t know who designed that building, but the last thing you’d want is a balcony over which an inmate can throw himself or throw someone else into the room below. Having worked in NY State prisons for 25 years, it’s strange to see something like that.

Guess they managed to edit the video such that less than four minutes was missing ...
