Software QA engineers have been disappearing for years now because of Selenium and Eggplant and competing technologies just like this.
Eggplant is actually now getting even more advanced by .... integrating AI. Selenium will likely do the same.

It sounds like qualified human lawyers and paralegals will soon be spending a lot of time of their time supervising stupid, lazy, and sometimes shady AI paralegal assistants.
There are some weird things that happen with AI. In the same way it will draw people with 3 hands, etc., I’ve asked it questions where it literally makes things up. I’ve often asked about what happens in a particular episode of a television series and it just wings out a bunch of balony. I suppose, on average, I get an apology from Grok at least once a day for giving me bad information. I’m certain that things will get better, but I would never trust it to offer a legal or medical opinion without careful human oversight
So, it only takes 5 people to operate Chase Bank for the handful of remaining customers . . . while everybody else is living day to day, maintaining “victory gardens” and fighting to protect their “domains” and using a barter system (no tariffs) for trade.

I think medical professions will remain, but not be untouched.
A family doctor can understand subtleties that the AI won’t.
Color me old-fashioned; I prefer to read and research on my own, particularly when dealing with legal documents that could end up triggering a lawsuit.
