You have to be careful. Filing lawsuits against government workers can get abused quite easily. Let’s say a honky is the prosecutor in LaHood (a little street talk there), and the honky is sued by a jack and the case goes in front of a DEI jury - guess what, the jack wins on tribalism grounds.

It's very simple. Prosecutors shouldn't charge people with things that aren't crimes. It's one thing when a prosecutorial fails to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt. It's something else when the facts alleged aren't a crime. There is too much of the latter in today's America, and that occurs due to a lack of any consequences for abuse of power.
