The Germans need to begin deporting migrant rapists and incarcerating native rapists......and add weekly flogging to the sentence.

Sweden also is wrestling with the same problem.Its the liberal socialists who are so ideologically challenged they cannot put an effective deterrent policy in place.

I would advise both Germany and Sweden to make aggravated rape punishable by death.In Saudi, such an offense would result in decapitation by sword.
