All well and good but how do you prevent sanctuary states from allowing illegal aliens onto benefits programs that are Federal or part federal?
Or in any state. Lets say you want to get on EBT/food stamps in Ohio. The state administers this but it is 99% funded by the USDA (Dept Agriculture) ...... You will have to answer -— “Are you a US citizen” If you are an illegal alien and you lie you will be approved. No one is going around demanding that you prove you are a US citizen of legal resident
