Donald Trump has been accused of many outlandish things, but killing children with flash floods has to be among the worst. The first reflex of his critics was to blame him for the appalling tragedy in central Texas, where a flood on July 4 killed more than 100 people, including over two dozen children at a Christian summer camp.
This is one of the deadliest floods in the United States in the last 100 years, and the toll among kids is a particular gut punch. It’s natural that observers will ask how it could have happened, but the fact-free, malicious attacks constitute one of the more poisonously stupid episodes of the Trump years — and that’s saying a lot.
The theory here is that Elon Musk’s chainsaw cuts to the National Weather Service gutted the agency, with catastrophic consequences. See, Trump’s adversaries say, we told you DOGE would get people killed.

I remember the Dims all but blaming Bush for creating Hurricane Katrina and steering it towards minorities in New Orleans.
There is nothing Trump did at all that was responsible for this tragedy….besides straight up banning folks from camping in areas like this, I cant see a realistic was to absolute prevent it….they will always be sitting ducks under severe condition like this. There were warnings and alerts…there was not short staffing at weather services…. . Folks there just didn’t think it would be them…..so they tried to ride it out. Not even sure they wouldve had the time to get out anyways. Sad story…. Wont be the last time alot of folks perish at the hands of mother nature.

Two CNN dildoes with dead batteries tried to start some crap at the press conference today. They wanted somebody to blame. A couple pixies names Shimon Prokupecz (Needs to see Vanna for a couple vowels and a real low life named Isabel Rosales. Real scum. They were looking for somebody to nail to a tree. I watched on FNC. Lt. Col. Ben Baker (TX Game Wardens) had smoke coming out of his ears and read these two News Chimpanzees the Genghis Khan riot act. Cheers for the LTC. I stood up in the middle of my living room yelling, cheering and screaming. It was good to see these far left kooks get an ass kicking. Way to go LTC Baker!
If I am not mistaken, it was actually worse in Mississippi, in non-minority areas, but that was never reported.

It was not the recent vindication of Trump, through the re-election of Trump to the Presidency of the United States, that destroyed the mental acuity and rational thinking of the liberals, they never had much to begin with, and they had lost it all long before they began pounding their heads against the walls.
Donald Trump is not a divine personage at all, he is only the instrument through which the Lord has chosen to extend His will. As such, the act of God that sent the flood surging down through the Guadalupe River flood plain was a test, and Trump’s critics have failed that test miserably. They have assigned blame where none exists, using a sort of magical thinking in place of logic and observation of their own senses. Given the physics involved, nothing could have stopped or delayed that implacable force of the flood, and the destruction in its wake. It is for men to pick up any scattered debris and sacrificed bodies, and attempt to reclaim what was once there.

We had some relatives caught up in the Big Thompson canyon flash flood in 1976.
They narrowly escaped in their camper by one of them walking the road ahead in knee deep water with a light.

So soon they have forgotten the Big Thompson Flood of 1976. 144 people dead.
It was a freak weather event. The system stalled, dumped masses amounts of rain in the middle of the night. The water rose 26 feet in a very short time. No one could have predicted this. Mother nature is not predictable many times. This was one of those. If flooding of this nature was common, no one would camp there or anything else.
