If Biden/Obama/Clinton district judges continue issuing nationwide injunctions, let Trump ignore them.
That’s basically what they’re saying, I think. Basically they’re saying hey, we’ve already got a rule for this, why are you trying to short-circuit the process?
Go get your class certified, and we won’t have to rule on the merits for a couple of more terms.
This will make the hysteria around Dobbs look like a minor warmup.
The two-thirds threshold required for removal means there must be democrats who vote to convict. Thats not happening in this reality.
Exactly.
Can this apply to Trump’s cases in NY?
“...We observe only this: JUSTICE JACKSON decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary...”
followed by one hand on hip, three finger snaps in a Z pattern, a smirk, then a middle finger for good measure.
Expect a no-holds-bar catfight between these two women in October.
... and I’m here for it :-)
Murkowski voted to convict Trump but I doubt she would do that to a dem judge.
BUMP
Just means the dims will organize and have a judge in every district they have control to fill an injunction. Roberts left a big hole.
In the meantime, can we consider how Kamala Harris is not a natural-born citizen according to the language of this ruling, and that her Senate tie-breaker approvals of legislation and judges are now legally invalid?
So are judges and legislation approved by the tie-breaker votes of VP Kamala Harris now invalid, as she was not a natural-born citizen according to this language?
I imagine if the Court upholds Trumps order on BRC is will only be going forward and not retroactive.
Or they take the win and use it in reverse as soon as they steal back power.
Scores of outlaw judges are chomping at the bit to be the first one to do it.
