I understand the executive branch can’t do anything to him, but the Supreme Court can. They have been dithering on reining in the judges, but I don’t see how they can ignore a district judge violating a ruling they just made.
He had lots of help.........
If the Supreme Court lets him get away with this, then there are no laws in this country.
Seems simple to me: Just ignore the ruling/order/wet dream/whatever-the-hell-it-is as it is illegal. Ignore it and this judge as if neither exist.
Like you said, the supreme Court HAS to act. This is a direct challenge to their ruling from a lower court literally hours after they made it.
I remember when he said his duty was to preserve the integrity of the court.
What a bullchitter he was. He has done the exact opposite.
It’d be a good strategy to let ICE follow the judge’s decision for a while so the public aware of the decision and criticize him, then move to deport them according to SCOTUS decision
They should immediately go ack to the Supreme Court to have the judge removed from the case and remand the case to another District judge who will adhere to the SC ruling. Also file a complaint with the federal commission on judicial conduct to have him disciplined
SCOTUS needs to issue a contempt of court order to the DOJ for federal marshals to take FORAC (For Action).
John Roberts has ruined the ENTIRE Court system..............
Yes he as. He could end this outrage and he doesn’t. Deep State owned.
So far, I have not heard of this judge’s ruling being broadcast on the MSM. They know people would be enraged by his behavior..........
“Will no one rid me of this troublesome judge?”
Henry II that you?................
Nah. I’m ‘enery the Eighth I am. ‘enery the Eighth I am, I am.
This judge just violated a Supreme court ruling. Let’s see what happens now.”
Nothing, that is what happens now.
If the Supremes ignore this, then President Trump can ignore them also.
if Trump is not willing to ignore this lower court hack he is certainly not going to ignore the SC.
