Police were called to break up a protest after drivers in pickup trucks and cars took over an intersection in Los Angeles’ Pacoima neighborhood Thursday night.
A crowd of about 150 demonstrators marched with flags and carried signs near the intersection of Van Nuys and Laurel Canyon boulevards.
The large group was calling for an end to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents’ deportation operations in Southern California.
