Donald Trump delays decision on Iran strikes as Keir Starmer calls for restraint

Donald Trump has delayed a decision on whether to join Israeli attacks on Iran as Sir Keir Starmer continues to urge restraint in the Middle East.

The US president said he was still hopeful of reaching a negotiated solution with Tehran and would decide on military action within two weeks, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters on Thursday.

Quoting a message from the president, Ms Leavitt said: “Based on the fact that there is a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision on whether or not to go within the next two weeks.”

On Wednesday, Mr Trump said he “may” join Israeli strikes against Iran and its nuclear programme, but added: “I may not do it. I mean, nobody knows what I’m going to do.”

On Thursday, the Prime Minister had urged him to step back from military action, saying there was a “real risk of escalation”.

Sir Keir said there had been “several rounds of discussions with the US” and “that, to me, is the way to resolve this issue”.

Starmer needs to exhibit restraint on his Commie takeover of GB.

Free the speech, lower taxes, reduce the size of gov’t., make you in-country muzzies obey the Law.

Pretty sure the President knows his own mind on this subject, as clearly stated multiple times over many years: No nukes for Iran! Just because Starmer made a statement that seems aligned to what Trump has chosen in this moment does not exhibit a cause & effect relationship. Likely Trump gave it the appropriate due consideration of going in one ear and out the other.

This may be camouflage. It takes time to get equipment ready for a major air campaign. Took 5 months to line up Desert Storm’s 3000 sortie a day campaign. The Israelis are said to be doing maybe 150.

Keir wants restraint against Iran, but releases his Starm-Troopers against any native Brit who says things critical of crime facilitated by the Starmer regime’s open borders.

Starmer is such a globalist piece of sh*t. Not that I disagree with restraint.

I’m convinced Starmer is a commie on the spectrum.

Trump needs to do what is best for us.

Just keep Israeli stockpiles up. No need for the US to get offensively involved.

“Just keep Israeli stockpiles up. No need for the US to get offensively involved.”

Grow some balls, Iran has been at war with the use since 1979. They repeatedly have killed American’s in uniform and civilians. They have a stated goal of death to America. We already are at war sack up.

Israel doesn’t have the heavy bombers to hit those centrifuges under the mountain only we do. We are going to hit them as Iran can never be allowed to have a nuke. This is the opportunity to rid the world of that mullah regime and its going to have to be done ,not later now this is the war for all the marbles in the middle east right now today it’s here.

POTUS is stalling giving the pieces time to move in place. We need at least two carrier battlegroups to keep the straight open. We need to move our assets away from bases they can be hit with drones or IRBMs, and we need time to position the B2s and F22s and ECM Growlers that will make strikes possible, the tankers are already in play 30 went over already.
