Pretty crazy that the democrooks are fighting tooth and nail on the behalf of such debris like this - but it's plain what they're doing. They're casting around to try to come up with a case that will set some kind of legal precedent to stop all the deportation stuff once and for all. What's bad for them is their choices for plaintiffs have been less than stellar so far.
