The GBU-43/B is the MOAB, Massive Ordnance Air Blast, more popularly known as the Mother of All Bombs, a take off of Saddam's Mother of All Wars.
The FOAB, Father of All Bombs was the Russian response to the American MOAB. Neither the MOAB, nor the FOAB, is a penetrator, bunker busting bomb. They are both thermobaric weapons, i.e. fuel air bombs. Each is detonated in mid-air, creates a huge pressure wave, and enormous vacuum.

That has a yield that can be dialed in from low up to 340 kilotons. Which is enormous, almost half a megaton of mountain moving power.

On Mon, I heard US troops are in Israel either manning/training the IDF in conjunction with two anti-missile systems, Patriot/THAAD.

B52 was the first to drop it in 2009. B2 is it’s certified carry aircraft as the B52 is not expected to gravity drop in contested air space. The forward bay on the B1-B has the space and load limits for two of them.
Israel has C130J...We used to put two 15,000lb daisy cutters in our C130s the ramp can take 15,000lbs no reason it can’t take 30,000 on a slight pull up drop.
