Could well be the case. There are Polynesian gangs in Utah that hate each other. Many are Mormons.
I live in WVC. I’d bet dollars to donuts it’s black-on-brown and probably over a girl. The Pac-Is typically make moves over territory and Westfest wouldn’t be it (in front of a high school or a Maverik, yeah).
