I’ll confess that I’m not familiar with Brooklyn Park, Minn, but I find it difficult to believe that someone the cops are close enough to to exchange fire with, manages to escape ‘on foot’ in a suburban neighborhood and successfully remains at large more than 24 hours later. Someone or some ones are helping him.
