Israel has launched what it called “preemptive strikes” against Iran and a state of emergency has been declared in Israel, according to the country’s Defense Minister Israel Katz. “Following the State of Israel’s preemptive strike against Iran, a missile and drone attack against the State of Israel and its civilian population is expected in the immediate future” Katz said in a statement. Iranian state media outlet IRNA reported repeated explosions could be heard in Tehran.

President Trump has been requesting or signalling that now is the time for the IDF to step up to this task. He also has said (somewhat confusingly in my personal opinion, but I am not privy to the inside information so cannot know) that this may even help with his negotiations.
USAF will certainly be covering and almost as certainly participating (this will hold down the level of the necessary incident collateral damage).
From all that I’ve read, the Iranian nuclear threat can be eliminated in under 24 hours with a well-coordinated aerial effort. And with no boots on the ground.
Hoping this all works accordingly. Certainly the pilots know what they’re doing, there are some of the world’s best experts in the crews. And obviously The entire world is pretty much sick and tired of all the threats and terrorism eminating from the Iranian dictatorship. The mullahs are not only pure evil, they’re crazy as loons. A very bad combination indeed. It has to be terminated if there’s ever to be any genuine peace
