A friend has bone on bone knee osteoarthritis ... she did a few sessions of PT and it’s a lot better, now.

Tell me about it! I'm bone on bone knee osteoarthritis and for the past two days can hardly walk even with my walker!!
Seriously thinking about the knee replacement even at my age of 83! It's almost unbearable.
Had some PT in the past and remembered the routine.

Knee replacement is rough, from what I’ve heard. But...if your doc feels you are in good shape for the surgery, then, maybe it’s worth it, for the relief.
The follow up PT (physical therapy) is the key, from what my cousin has told me.
Ha so now the mop head switched after lying every day on behalf of dim wit Joe!
