My daughter was going to get that breed of dog to take to college with her. She finally opted for a Golden Retriever.
He was almost ‘human’ in nature and had the final say on all her boyfriends. He picked her husband out for her.
Dogs are very good judges of character! :-)

Went to Slaveway early this morning to beat the rush and then had to hang out for a while till they put the steaks out that I wanted for Father’s Day.

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – An Upstate businessman has announced a run for U.S. Senate, challenging incumbent Lindsey Graham.
Mark Lynch, owner of Jeff Lynch Appliance Center in Greenville, announced his candidacy Wednesday to run as a Republican in the 2026 election.
In his announcement, Lynch called Graham a RINO, or Republican In Name Only, and said that the senator “betrayed Republicans in South Carolina.”
“South Carolinians deserve a God-fearing, conservative businessman to fight alongside President Trump against the powers of evil that have such a tight grip on career politicians, not a traitorous, back-stabbing flimsy flip flopper like Lindsey Graham who pretends to put America first when the next election comes around,” said Lynch in a statement.
Lynch is also a deacon at Burnsview Baptist Church and an addiction counselor.
Lindsey Graham’s campaign recently announced that Sen. Tim Scott and Gov. Henry McMaster will chair his 2026 run.
Graham is running for his fifth term in the U.S. Senate. He has been representing South Carolina in that chamber since 2003.
Wouldn’t it be terrific if Mark Lynch could get a Pres Trump endorsement? As well as other MAGA endorsements?

President Donald Trump told Fox News on Friday that he isn’t interested in talking to SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, adding that “Elon’s totally lost it.”
Trump also said to Fox News’ Bret Baier that he isn’t worried about Musk’s suggestion to form a new political party, citing favorable polls and strong support from Republicans on Capitol Hill.
