As a result of political instability in Venezuela To hear democrats tell it, there’s political instability in the U.S. with the hostile administration attempting to establish a dictatorship. Doesn’t make sense to let anyone IN at this time.

Litigation will now continue in lower courts. OK, legal beagles, help me out here - the Supreme Court said he can do it, so why does litigation "continue" in lower courts? Any lower court proceedings should be over.

Justice Katanji Jackson isn’t even qualified to judge a dog show. We’ll see some strange opinions out of her in the next few years. Unfortunately they won’t be opinions based on the Constitution but on her own personal feelings.
