In every fair election, when looking at all of the counties in the United States, there is a huuuuge sea of red. That sea of red is no longer just Republican. It is the Tea Party, the MAGA party. Huuuuge numbers of black and Hispanic MEN voted for President Trump. In President Trump, they see a real man, a real American, who can absolutely answer the question: What is a Woman?

Were is this case heading next — POTUS?
I expect the plaintiffs will move for a rehearing en banc which may reverse the three-judge ruling. If so, it will then go to SCOTUS. Given SCOTUS’s recent track record, they might just refuse to accept the case or if they do slow-roll any decision until next summer.
Then again, the left might just take this loss and hope the court’s ruling is not applied more widely in hopes to live to fight another day. In other words, they may just ignore it and forge on having Boasberg and Howell give them the court rulings and injunctions they want. The left is not known for adhering to court rulings they don’t like.

It wouldn't have been possible if 2020 didn't happen. They had to witness what was happening with Joe Biden's cover up. And the MSM had spent most of the 4 years gaslighting the American Public into believing that there was nothing wrong with Joe Biden.

Here is the court’s decision. It’s only about a dozen pages and worth the read. Notice where they cite previous SCOTUS decisions in similar cases. The dissent from the leftist just is as expected and is longer than the ruling itself so you can skip the final 15 pages or so.
Until Congress reforms the maggots in the so-called Judiciary, Trump and America will always be loser. The first thing we need to do is throw all foreign freeloading bass turds out of the judiciary and then on out of the country. What the hell are those losers doing trying to tell Americans how we should live. Deport all of them.
