On August 14th of 1935 SS was signed into law. The next day the Dems started scaring people that it was being cut.. Or it just feels that long.

As long as the checks keep coming that won’t work either. Democrats haven’t offered a single idea of how to fix any problems and that’s why they wander in the wilderness, which is just fine, they can stay there.

Why is it the Social Security is always on the edge of bankruptcy but welfare isn’t?

Republicans want to REMOVE the TAXES on Social Security.

C'mon President Trump, just say it one time, and your numbers will skyrocket!

What idiot will oppose removing taxes on Social Security?

It was none other than Senator Joe Biden who pushed making Social Security benefits taxable.

More and more people though realize that Social Security is, and has been for a long time, a Ponzi scheme that is going to go bankrupt sooner rather than later.

One would have to be asleep not to understand that.

But, guess what? No one gives a rip. "As long as I get mine ..."

There was an article that got zotted a few days that said that the social security checks did not go out this month—on the very day the direct deposit hit my bank account.

The Democrats should try to lie better—at least let it “stick” for twenty four hours.

Lol.

Some of us have been saying that Social Security was a Ponzi scheme for fifty years—and been ignored.

At this point it is like...fine, I will collect my checks and let somebody else make the point for the next fifty years—or when the Ponzi scheme ends—whichever comes first.

The Washington Post has documented website crashes, lengthy wait times and improper handling of sensitive data.

But, of course, not how much money is being saved...

I had an appt with SSA recently that I got very quickly, was a short wait time, and was settled satisfactorily in a short amount of time by a very courteous, friendly SS employee.

I’m not seeing a problem here.

The democrats scream loudest about social security year after year because that is their Fort Knox of corruption.

It's just like school budget votes and the hysteria raised over cutting sports when they're a fraction of the budget, but they use that as a lever to ram through the budget. And people cave.

The RATs have been screaming about the GOP ruining Social Security ever since they stole it and folded it into the general fund so they could spend it.

"If the Republicans are smart which is debatable, all they need to do to eliminate the Democrat accusation about Social Security and caring for the average American is pass Trump’s tax agenda."

It will never happen because they are founding members of The Deep State's little club and Trump is not in it and is not allowed to play with them.

“The Washington Post has documented website crashes, lengthy wait times and improper handling of sensitive data.”

How alarming! You know, because nothing like that ever, ever happened before.

The Democrats should try to lie better—at least let it “stick” for twenty four hours.

"Everybody has a right to speak but everybody doesn't have a right to the facts."

That's a quote caught on video spoken by a Philadelphia democrat council member on March 12, 2014 before we addressed the subject of the hearing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-In-PqrChY

It must have been adopted as a rule of strategy since then.

You mean how you RATS stole from Social Security for years to fund your $hit projects?
