Re: "Reducing the Immigration Court Backlog for the First Time in Years"

I found that confusing, too.

The Asylum Claims court is booked for like 10 years into the future.

What CIS meant was that the back log of standard deportation cases was dropping rapidly because the number of illegals crossing the border has dropped dramatically.

Plus, the old delayed cases are being processed more quickly.

One data hole has not been fixed.

No one is reporting the percentage of Asylum cases being approved - that makes me very uneasy.

I believe the historical percentage is around 1%.

If corrupt Asylum judges are waving 10%-20% through our back door, then all our efforts are completely wasted.
