If due process before a federal judge must take place to migrate to America before any status is granted, then the number of migrants must be limited to the number of cases federal judges can hear. If that's 1,000 cases in a month, that's only 12,000 migrants, not 1,200,000.

That would require 100 years. Numbers don't lie. Use the math to show the intent.

What democrats need to do to prevent Trump from deporting MS-13 and Tren De Aragua members is to...

Put a democrat guard or a democrat congress-member in each of the gang members’ homes and to block ICE from arresting them and deporting them. But, they have to use their own money for the guarding of the gang members.

So, if the democrats want those people to not be deported, they need to be proactive and then keep those future democrats ‘safe’ from the arm of the law. That way they won’t have to ask that their future trips to the gang members’ home countries be funded.
