SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Federal officials arrested a man in Sacramento who is accused of terror crimes in India, the FBI Sacramento office announced on Friday.
Harpreet Singh, whose alias is Happy Passia, is accused of being a key operative of ISI-backed Babbar Khalsa International and a close associate of Pakistan-based terrorist Rinda, Punjab Police said.
