Supremacy clause in the Constitution. State law cannot be above federal law.
So...tax dollars to protect illegals...
Just cut the Federal dollars to any school that educate illegals. If a school has 50% illegal students cut 50% of Federal funding.
Close the public schools. They do far more harm than good.
Protecting the borders and purging illegal aliens is one of the Constitutionally enumerated powers of the federal government.

These people worked so hard under Obama to establish the principle that States cannot have an immigration policy and that immigration law enforcement is the exclusive responsibility of the Executive Branch. Multiple Supreme Court rulings have nailed the door shut on this one.
