In re: the highlighted quote from "Investment manager Ken Fisher", is this the same Ken Fisher who heads Fisher Investments?  Who (1) suffered the significant loss of clients and funds after making sexist remarks in 2019, (2) was hit with a class-action lawsuit for violating the National Do Not Call Registry, and (3) has faced several lawsuits by clients for securities fraud and "churning and burning", despite marketing his firm as a "fiduciary"?
