The poll was in Nature.

All Nature cares about is continuing the Man-made Climate Change hoax. Believe me, I know.

Maybe some of the brightest minds could explain how the federal government can keep on spending as usual when it is $37,000,000,000,000 in debt, and counting.

"America’s Brightest Minds Will Walk Away"

America’s brightest minds will find other research opportunities in which to work and make discoveries and develop new capabilities.

It's the not-so-brightest minds who will have problems when they can't work on DEI nonsense any more.

What a bunch of happy horse s**t.

Pay for your education like everybody else. Take out loans if you need to like everybody else.

It is mind boggling the amount of $$$$$ the taxpayer are on the hook for so called research ....

And the claim the ‘civil war’ ended slavery ... ha ... my unborn great grand children are being sold off by these demonic minds.

“Kristen Gram is a 22-year-old graduate student researching the type of materials and hardware that might one day help”

yeah, “one day might” or might not: CANCELLED ... go get a REAL job in the private sector doing something useful

“She hoped to secure federal funding to cover her education and provide a livable stipend so she could concentrate on her research”

wanted the FedGov to pay for her living expenses while she “researched” ... CANCELLED ... go get a REAL job in the private sector instead of expecting to suck on Uncle Sam’s teat ...

“She wants to study how the brain functions when making economic decisions, in an effort to protect economic markets and consumers from financial harm. “

100% nonsense: CANCELLED

unbelievably pitiful examples of “science” being “destroyed” ... worthless NYT lazy reporters just checked in with a few friends and this this is all they could come up with to prove “science is being destroyed” ... these reporters would understood any real science if it jumped up and bit them ... hey, NYT, why not check in with Jennifer Dudna and see if HER science is being destroyed?

What? 50+ posts and no “Well, Bye Felicia” memes or “Don’t let the screen door hit ya’” posts??

I once sat down with a “Resource Room” (basically Special Ed. with a side of Liberal Pop-Psychology) teacher who showed me how to write a request for a grant that would be sure to get approval ... it was quite enlightening

Pseudoscientists . . . seems to me they’ll just turn their pretty heads and walk away? I can live with that.

As countless scientific projects come to a halt, the researchers who will suffer the most are those just beginning their careers.

OK, NYT, you got me. I'm crying in my beer (Er, well, coffee at this hour...). Gotta have those federal government grants to do ANY work!

As Mathesar said in Galaxy Quest, "Those poor, poor people."
