Hannity recently mentioned what’s normally ignored concerning the ACA: “millions lost their doctor, their insurance, their hospital, etc, and are now paying upwards of 350% compared to pre-ACA”. The guest responded: “but millions were also insured”. What the guest fails to understand is that Obama counted the policies he canceled as being “rescued” by the ACA. In other words, not only did Obama terminate my family’s policy, he had the audacity to claim us as being saved by forced ACA enrollment. At the time my kids were less than 12 YO, and we were be rejected for services just short of the emergency room. The anguish was unending especially with the unsustainability of the ACA in practice. Insurance companies were going bankrupt or refusing renewals — it was health insurance Hell which lasted for 7 years until ~2019. Healthwise, our family had no extraordinary health circumstances. BTW, I’m now paying more than 350% which amounts to no less than $40k/annually.

A former North Dakota State Senator pleaded guilty today to traveling to Prague, Czech Republic, to have commercial sex with minor boys.
According to court documents and facts established in public proceedings, Ray Holmberg, 80, of Grand Forks, took approximately 14 trips to Prague between 2011 and 2021 to engage in commercial sex acts with minor boys....
Well, Roberts did say it's a tax.
