Oh... Haiti. I read this, thinking I had never heard first names like that before, and then just... this isn’t a typical crime for any of the cultures I’m familiar with.
Another criminal illegal alien. Maybe Jamie Ratskin or Dummy Boasberg would like to sponsor him and provide him with food, shelter and spending money now that he won't be babysitting for his daughter anymore. Somebody should have told him we don't do things in America the way they do them in Haiti.
