Take out those missile batteries, AND the oil refineries and any air defenses they have around them.
Not if the Russians allow Iran to place its most advanced air defense on the islands. After the first day, regardless of who claims victory in the air war, the straight will be closed. If every Iranian on those islands is eliminated it won’t reopen the straight, Iran’s objective achieved.
