House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries wanted a “solemn” response to President Donald Trump’s congressional address Tuesday. His members had other ideas.
Moments after Trump began speaking, Texas Rep. Al Green rose and interrupted the president until he was ejected from the chamber. Other members held signs blasting Trump and his policies. Repeatedly they met Trump’s partisan provocations with chants and jeers. Many simply walked out of the chamber, leaving the Democratic section increasingly empty as the speech went on.

They haven’t acted this childish since we took away their slaves.

The Democrats hurt themselves even further last night with their childishness and lack of common decency. They refused to stand and honor Laken Riley’s family, they refused to stand for Jocelyn Nungaray, and they refused to even applaud for the young man facing brain cancer who Trump named an honorary member of the Secret Service. The Democrats showed who and what they are.
For some the truth can give them a headache!

A sizable portion of Americans go unrepresented in the US Senate and House House of representatives so long as an honest election cannot be conducted in various precincts scattered around the country. Almost all of the conformist far lefts continue to get re-elected, not because of their polished rhetoric, or their innate benevolence, but because they have a machine backing than that chokes off virtually all challenges to their satrapy. That is not the definition of “democratic” representation. It is “strongman” rule with a command-and-control system in place.
