Laura generally has this rather snarky grin on her face, even in the most serious of circumstances.
IMO, she did a better job with her decorum and demeanor for this sit down—and I particularly enjoyed the tour of the Oval Office.
Sadly, in blue states like Illinois, legislation is being fast tracked to stifle the independence of homeschooling families and tax citizens even more to prop up a failing education system.
Illinois is the most taxed state in the nation, most of it going to education.
This is where the parents and TAX PAYERS MUST rise up. Eventually, even many of the freeloaders will tire of their kids receiving the lowest/worst level of education in the country, with the highest SPENDING/pay outs.
There are national homeschool legal defense associations. Hopefully, they’re working with IL state homeschool groups(s) to push back on this nonsense.
