A driver shot during a road rage incident in Louisville is the one facing charges.
The incident started Wednesday morning at Taylor Boulevard and Beecher street and was caught on the road rage victim's dash camera.
According to police, Graham Bain was driving aggressively and cut off another vehicle multiple times. Bain chased that vehicle, too, LMPD said.
A police report said that behavior caused the other driver to fear for the safety of their passengers ā three girls ā and fire a shot at Bain's car.
During the chase, the driver's car got disabled on Carlisle Avenue near Taylor Boulevard.
The driver then had Bain at gunpoint and demanded Bain stop. But when Bain appeared to put the car back in gear, the driver fired multiple shots, hitting Bain in the abdomen, police said.
After Bain was hit, LMPD said Bain hit the driver's car again.
Bain is charged with four counts of wanton endangerment, one for each person in the other car, and is currently receiving medical treatment.
Police said Bain will then be taken to Louisville Metro Corrections.
The driver who fired shots is not facing any charges.
in accordance with the new "road rage laws" it is perfectly legal to CAUSE "road rage"
It is only illegal to HAVE road rage
be careful of road rage instigators driving like agressive bullies and armed with cameras
the perps will call the cops who will side with the instigator and the DA will get a merit badge on its resume for prosecuting another hate crime, especially if the instigator is "of color"

Any pictures of this creature?
I’ve not had any problems on my car or my bike, but I never go to Louisville without carrying.
There does seem to be a coincidence between sex identity delusion and homicidal rage. Pull that s*** in Kentucky and you are very likely to get shot. They should put up billboards announcing such on all the Ohio River bridges.
Having a dash cam is a good idea!
Any recommendations?
“After Bain was hit, LMPD said Bain hit the driver’s car again.”
Sounds like the authorities got the charges (and non charging) right.
There are so many on the market. I currently have Rove in all of my family vehicles. But if I ever upgrade, I like the Vantrue N4 Pro and Viofo A329 4K. Both have amazing resolution/clarity and can capture license plates better than most.
I think it’s the hormonal treatments messing with their already fragile thought processes.

This is surprising. When the shooter actually shot Bain in the abdomen Bain was unarmed except for the car that we know of. The article also didn’t say that by Bain putting the car in reverse if he was attempting to escape being held at gunpoint or trying to ram the car again. But an investigation would uncover that. So we don’t have all the information.
But...if the shooter fired upon Bain as he was trying to run, he could be in trouble. Bain, up to that point, had not been found guilty of breaking a law and may have been trying to leave which he should be able to do as his aggression was no longer being asserted and no longer a danger. Could get interesting. It’s like shooting an unarmed burglar leaving the house.

Remember, you asked for it.
Roav. 4K video. Can see excellent in the dark. It aptured a woman running a stop sign and slamming into me clears day.
Very likely. But the slope was already quite slippery.
Thanks!
I had already steeled myself for the inevitable cookie toss
I have to tell you what pisses me off as much as anything else is these numbnuts in the media referring to a man in a dress as a woman.
I prefer my Sig, it protects me more than pictures.
Did he miss the casting for Silence of the Lambs? Teeth are enough to scare anybody.
