This kind of crap is going to lock up SCOTUS for the foreseeable future unless Roberts can find his nards.
I suspect we’ve all got doubts there, but if his behavior in 2020 or over Obamacare are any indication, there’s no doubting his creativity to weasel out of the immediate whilst making a mess of the prognosis for the body politic.

Republicans can pack the court now. Trump should mention it. I think Congress could also change how a “Chief Justice” is chosen. I believe the Supreme Court will not dither because they are not in complete control.

Those nads were lost long ago. The dog ate them just like when we castrate the young bulls. They are never the same.

If elections have consequences, Roberts will realize the shoe is on the other foot now & the American public supports DOGE.

We have way too much riding on that limp-wristed weasel, not to mention his shrinking violet.

I dont understand what this is

The appellate court needs to order the judge to pay for the attorneys’ fees when he loses. That how it used to be done before the Rhenquist Court. That’s how to end this crap.

Rehire the bastard and assign him to investigating who ran the White House for the past 4 years.

He needs to skip the courts and just announce the judge has no standing to make that ruling. He fired that clown for cause and inefficiency, as is clearly allowed by law.
No need to ask another court for further permission for what no court has a right to demand anyway.

Hampton Dellinger? My God, he sounds like a fictional character in some 1940s detective novel.

I believe the Supreme Court will not dither because they are not in complete control. Yes, I do recall that in the not-too-distant past, the Democrats loudly opined that the Supreme Court was too small. I think that, in the spirit of bipartisanship, Republicans could expand it and realize the Democrats' dream--an olive branch, as it were, in these contentious times.

Oh goody. Our favorite Judge Amy Berman Jackson.
To: Carry_Okie
The Supreme Court justices are not only lacking in courage but also in intellectual and moral clarity. Unfortunately, their credentials notwithstanding, they are neither intellectually nor morally sufficient for the staggering responsibility thrust upon them.
At this dangerous time, greatness and great wisdom are necessary. Mediocrity is not enough.
