Any legal eagles here that can offer some idea of a plan to cease judicial tyranny?

The purpose off the judiciary is to interpret the law. Exactly what law is this judge “interpreting”?
Government by judicial fiat is getting old - and I doubt that this was the intention of the Founding Fathers.

When is the return to work deadline?

Yep. just go ahead and do it. Even SCOTUS didn’t stop BI-Dung from doing his evil unconstitutional EOs.

I would put out a notice for federal employees to contact their union reps. Tell them this is a one time offer. If it is thrown out by this judge, terminations will begin without the generous buyout package. Then point out that public sector unions were created by executive order, and can be rescinded by executive order.

Time to go Andrew Jackson. Or Joe Biden. There is precedent. Joe Biden ignored the SCOTUS' decision on student loans and had them paid off anyway.
The SCOTUS is not even involved here. All Trump had to do was to say that the judge did not have the constitutional authority to intervene and it was up to the SCOTUS if they wanted to do something about it.

The only recourse is for Congress to limit judicial appointments, all of them to 15 years. No lifetime appointments, even to the Supreme Court.
