UNRWA is particularly despicable, even by UN standards. It’s basically a front to pay salaries and expenses for Hamas. UNRWA gave Hamas the financial wherewithal to carry out the October 7, 2023 attack. Joe Biden restored UNRWA funding in April, 2021, after Trump 45 cut it off.
