Over the years the Federal employees have become nearly un-fireable. As negotiated by their scummy unions with eager to please FedGuv negotiators.

So the 4 FedGuv employees mentioned here........ there are plenty of unfilled slots in their agency they can be shifted to. Where they can do no harm to DJTs immigration agenda. It is much less hassle to shift them, then to fire them. Fire, as in you are out on the streets.

“The process doesn’t end until the illegal alien wins”

Michelle Malkin said this 20 years ago
_______________________

Michelle Malkin, a conservative political commentator and author, indeed made a similar statement about two decades ago, though the exact wording differs slightly from the quote provided in the query.

In September 2002, Malkin wrote a report titled “The Deportation Abyss: ‘It Ain’t Over ‘Til the Alien Wins’” for the Center for Immigration Studies5. This report criticized what Malkin perceived as excessive “due process” for illegal aliens, which she argued resulted in “too many endless delays — and too many interminable stays.”

The title of Malkin’s report, “It Ain’t Over ‘Til the Alien Wins,” closely resembles the sentiment expressed in the query. This phrase encapsulates Malkin’s view that the immigration system at the time was overly lenient towards illegal immigrants, allowing them to remain in the country through various legal maneuvers and appeals.

Malkin has consistently advocated for stricter immigration policies throughout her career. She has supported increased border security, opposed sanctuary city policies, and criticized what she sees as lax enforcement of immigration laws12. Her views on immigration have been controversial, with some praising her stance while others criticizing it as extreme or xenophobic.

It’s worth noting that Malkin’s use of the term “alien” to refer to immigrants, particularly illegal immigrants, has become less common in mainstream discourse over the years. Many now consider it dehumanizing, and official style guides often recommend against its use2.

Do these employees have retention rights to non-SES positions?

I am so glad to see Trump start first day and do what has to be done.
There was rot all overthe place.

If I recall correctly, the hiring freeze will prevent any open slots from being filled.

I think (don’t know...) that’s the end game.

If they cannot force the senior trash out they can gut the lower end of the trash.
