I checked google and also Grok to find out if the parents of Usha were at the inauguration. Google was useless. I gave up looking for the answer to my question after viewing 3 pages. But, according to Grok, yes indeed, Usha’s parents were there! [Btw, I phrased my question exactly the same for both search sites: Were the parents of Usha Vance at the inauguration?].
Huh. I also Googled that question and got lots of info about the parents, but nothing relating to the inauguration. Glad they were there. Such a great honor for their daughter.

I ran across a post by his mother on FB or X. She had been SO ill for a few weeks before the inauguration (hospitalized & surgeries), but was determined to be there for the swearing in.
Wow! So so happy she made it! What a journey and testimony.
