What you describe already is the law. The rulings of these 'courts' can only be enforced by the consent of the parties concerned. In that respect they're no different from the internal rulings of any club or society etc.

Jewish Beth Din courts have been in operation in England since the 18th century. This precedent allowed the Muslims to claim the right to run Sharia courts over their own people in turn. They should all be abolished of course, English Common law should be the only law operating on English soil.

I don’t care if they “consent” or not, English law should be the only law. These women who submit to the authority of the Shariah Court are generally doing so under pressure from their community.

There is a huge difference between Jewish Rabbinical Courts and Islamic Sharia courts:

1) Jews have been operating them for a very long time with no negative repercussions to the rest of society.

2) Jews have assimilated into British society fully and prefer to remain Royal subjects under the crown.

3) Muslims hope to eventually conquer the UK through high birth rates, intimidation and loyalty to the subjugation of the only true crown - the crown of Allah or Jihad.

4) Many Muslims do not wish to assimilate into a Christian (still) society, their goal is to subvert, convert or carry on a Jihad until all of the UK is under the sword of Islam.

THAT is the difference between Judaism and Islam.
