Someone mentioned on another thread if these drones are probably ours and may be looking for a terrorist nuke. That would be the reason for secrecy to avoid panic.
- No sound (at least in the ones seen by this reporter)
- No heat signature (as reported by the policeman who tried to follow the drone with the police drone)
- The drone witnessed in Tennessee wasn't like the NJ drones. Per the Tenn witness, "It was round. It's got a ring around it and the ring has lights on it and the lights are spinning" (I think he is saying that the ring is spinning).
No heat emission. Now that is curious. Lithium batteries emit heat when in use, so do other energy sources, especially petroleum or gas based ones. What could produce enough energy to fly something of substantial size for miles without producing some heat emission? And was there any use of radar? Flying at 300 feet could pose a problem there, I guess. I don’t buy the talk about Iran having anything that sophisticated, so I’m leaning on our own military testing some pretty fancy gizmos, especially when they say “no threat to public safety”. How would they know that, unless they are clueless and don’t know what else to say. The plot thickens.
If that’s true, why would they swarm the Coast Guard rescue boat?
It’s becoming an Orson Wells “War of the Worlds” scenario
That’s a good question unless nothing is beyond suspicion. There are some pretty shady characters in the deep state. I am reminded of the TV show a few years ago, the series 24. I think that show portrayed the deep state a lot more accurately than most people believe.
I don't think there is such a thing that could evade an IR camera on a police drone.
The infrared cameras on police drones are typically sensitive enough to detect very low heat signatures. These cameras are designed to pick up even small temperature differences, which is why they're used for tasks like locating people in dense foliage or at night. As an aside, IR cameras would more easily detect a heat signature in the winter and at night because of the temperature contrast.
I agree about nothing being beyond consideration. Particularly since no one seems to know what we are dealing with.;-)
Ping. Surprising new information about these NJ drones.
BTTT
“If that’s true, why would they swarm the Coast Guard rescue boat?”
I have to share it again... Kids will be kids... Kids in the military with cool toys have a sense of humor and adventure risk too. They push the envelope and it is not always discouraged because in real battle they are indeed going to have to push that envelope. :)
But, then, I've been wrong before.:-)
“I don’t think there is such a thing that could evade an IR camera on a police drone”. Me either. Anti-gravity devices are still way into the future, unless I’m an out of touch hermit. Could be the distance was too great, or the IR was not working properly, but I would have to believe that wasn’t the case, given these were supposedly trained professionals. Also hard to tell reality from fiction these days with what info comes over the web and other media.
I didn’t realize that was the context, sorry... Not enough cofffffeeeeee yet... :)
What’s weird is that these drones are reportedly flying for hours and hours. One would expect them (at least some of them) to be as hot as a fired-up BBQ grill. I got the feeling that that policeman was shocked by this (no detectable heat signature) as well.
Any word from Mar-a-Lago on this? If not then it’s probably a US military test. IMO they would be better off doing such testing in the deserts of Nevada than in high population areas.
