Yeah I was thinking the same thing. What do you mean settlement? To another state probably …a red state. And what about in Springfield Ohio Haitian cat and dog eaters who presumably left the town on their own where the hell did they go? Is anybody tracking these people? To me settlement would be back the way they came in through Mexico or to their homeland. So in other words the American taxpayer is still footing the bill for them to stay here.
