I wore a MAGA hat to America's most liberal park and the reactions were very surprising
UK Daily Mail ^ | November 9 2024 | WILL POTTER

Eight years ago, there wasn't a soul brave enough to wear a MAGA hat through the streets of Manhattan, where liberals openly sobbed after Trump's shock election win.

But it's a new day in America.

Trump is back, bold and more popular than ever.

And in the lefty safe haven of Manhattan, support for him is higher than ever.

For those who don’t want to give the Daily Mail clicks, the man wearing the MAGA hat only received two negative responses, but the rest were all positive.

Let’s see if this returns:
“Defend Democracy!”
Trump wins.
“Not my president!”
Ohhhh, the North Korean form of Democracy. What a surprise.

I kept telling voters in California & New York to get out and proudly vote for President Trump and who cares that the majority in your state will probably vote for kommieLa/Tampon Tim. The only thing that should matter to you is your own vote. Who cares who Stephen Colbert, Michelle Obama, Barbra Streisand, Beyonce, Eminem, and Cardi B (while reading from their Barry Soetoro-controlled teleprompter) demand that you vote for -- that should be totally irrelevant to you.

So I'm glad that one of the many big stories in this election is that both New York & California moved towards the right. Congratulations, California & New York, and keep it up in 2026 and beyond! I cannot wait until the majority of New Yorkers & Californians rise up, take the Red Pill, vote based on objective truth (and not raw emotions), and flip those two states! It's coming ...

I’ll have to make another stop at the Trump Superstore nearby and get some more gear. Hope the prices haven’t gone up.

I used to like to hang around Washington Square when I was a freshman in high school. Yeah, super liberal.

This is not just a political shift, it’s a cultural shift.

Now the “Cool Kids” support Trump.

Both NY and CA send Republicans to the House of Representatives!

Good!

Interesting that NY and CA moved right, considering that a lot of people relocated, and most of them were on the right.

If the GOP focused their efforts, they could turn New York and California, at the very least, Purple if not Red. At least force the Democrats to defend them.

Only one problem, the NYS GOP Party is worthless, that would need to be built back and then organize the counties.

Doable, if they have the Will to do it.
