Anyone who committed a violent assault on law enforcement should be charged. Everyone else - especially those who “interrupted an official proceeding” or entered the Capitol - should all be pardoned and released immediately.

Agree. 99% should have charged dropped AND be pardoned (to vote again).

The very few who actually assaulted officers on tape should be prosecuted. Officers who shot or head smashed Trump supporters should likewise be prosecuted.

I would add those that actually smashed doors and windows to get in (doubly so if they were on the FBI payroll to act as agent provocateurs). There is no way you can claim you were just coming in to protest if you smashed the doors.

I really want the FBI infiltrators and instigators. Make it so that no one will do the FBI's dirty business of entrapment in the future.
