Thanks. I knew it was something like that. It makes sense. Draw in the citizens to do a little civic duty without having to sacrifice your life to the political machine. Get some compensation for the time off your regular gig but it doesn’t overwhelm your life. Deal with some hard issues and then go back to regular life.
