The Intelligence Sector wields disproportionate influence over us. They decide what we can know, think and discuss among ourselves. But is "Intelligence Sector" an oxymoron? Is their so-called "intelligence" really "dumbinance", stupid domineering?
A determinative example to explore this issue might be the Russian Collusion Narrative. The only true, historical precedence involves the DEMOCRATS. In 1960, Soviet Ambassador Mikhail Menshikov attempted to persuade prominent DEMOCRAT candidate in the prior two elections (1956 and 1952) ADLAI STEVENSON, to stand, in view of Republican candidate Richard Nixon's role in the prosecution of communist, convicted perjurer before Congree, Alger Hiss (1951).
This is in the Smithsonian Institution's article "How Adlai Stevenson Stopped Russian Interference in the 1960 Election - The Soviets offered the former presidential candidate propaganda support if he ran in 1960, an offer he politely declined" (Jason Daley, January 4, 2017)" https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/how-adlai-stevenson-stopped-russian-interference-1960-election-180961681/
It is deflection and projection for the Democrats to pin Russian collusion and interference on the Republicans, just as surely as insisting that the Republican color is red, when it is the Democrats who are the Reds.
The informed and truthful commentators, such as John Mearshimer, Scott Ritter, Phil Giraldi, Col. Douglas MacGregor, and Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, generally acknowledge that the Russians have regarded Trump as too much of a wild-card to favor his election over the Democrat candidate, when the Russian interest is to have the President of the largest competing nuclear power, the United States, be a predictable quantity.
Have you heard of Jubtha?
As a former intelligence officer, I think a total makeover of the intelligence community leadership and policymaking aparatus is in order.
* Stop spying on Americans!
* Tell the truth!
* Remove political bias!
* Follow the Constitution and Laws
It’s pretty simple, we trust you only as long as you are trustworthy. Otherwise you are just another evil we must overcome.
