I don't think that a Roland Freisler court will be necessary - I certainly hope not. But, as I have posted here many times before, the Declaration of Independence does contain the following language, in the name of 13 States, but pertaining to the people's rights - "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends,
it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and
organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and HappinessThis is very important, as our people are neither safe nor happy, in large part because of the way the existing government at Washington has "organized its powers".
The MAGA crowd on 1/6/21 was never a threat to seize the powers of the government BUT THE EXISTING REGIME, IN ITS DEATH THROES, may become very dangerous indeed.
If the about to be opposition faction is accommodating to the incoming government, there will be no need for a People's Court.
But I think the willing cooperation of the current government in instituting a MAGA Administration is very, very unlikely. The incoming national security team better fly this flag

Trump, at noon on January 20, 2025 will have the powers granted to Lincoln, and to FDR. Whether he will have a team able to use those powers widely remains to be seen.

Trump needs to talk unity in public while quietly (behind the scenes) planning for mass executions. Make sure to seal all the exists so no one can escape.
1) In Washington DC, the deep state is going to be dismantled including those in the FBI, CIA, DOJ.
2) In the state of New York, Merchan, Engoron, Bragg and James will be dealt with.
3) MSNBC, CNN, New York Times, etc. Those propaganda organs days are numbered.
2025 is going to be glorious.
