So, if safety is your concern, which, I doubt, the law requires you migrate to a pass thru country to the US. Go to Uruguay or Argentina next door. But, you won’t because you are really an economic migrant, much like the millions of others, trying to skirt our immigration system program which does not qualify you for entry and instead trying to enter under the amnesty program for which you are not qualified
